Your Monster Goal is an action goal in the direction of your vision. This should be a year out. You want to keep things moving in the right direction. While you keep your vision in sight, this is the action bringing the vision closer. A monster goal should stretch you but not break you. This is something a coach will help you with as we take you out of your comfort zone and just a little further. True results happen with that extra push.
